persoane pe care le cunosc, sa apelez la astrologie, in detrimentul
psihologiei, in cazul unor situatii limita.<br /><br />
Facand o trecere in revista a acestor situatii , iata la ce concluzii am ajuns legat de domeniul de interes manifestat :</span>
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><br />
1. Intrebari si problematica legata de relationare, in proportie de peste 60%;<br />
2. Intrebari si problematica legata de sinele persoanei in cauza, in proportie
de pana la 25%;<br />
3. Alte situatii...<br /><br />
Mi-am pus intrebari de genul :</span>

<i><span style="color: #134f5c;"><span style="color: #cc0000;">1. Care ar fi motivul pentru care persoanele care m-au contactat, au cerut
ajutorul doar in situatii limita ?<br />
2. De ce exista interes crescut in ceea priveste astrologia ? Cum este privit
acest domeniu si care sunt asteptarile persoanelor, in ceea ce priveste gasirea
unei solutii, prin informatiile specifice domeniului astrologiei?<br />
3. De ce astrologie si nu psihologie ?<br />
4. Cum anume m- ar putea ajuta astrologia, ca pseudo-stiinta in alegerea
intrebarilor potrivite, in relatia cu clientul ( tipul de intrebare sau timpul
necesar pentru creerea cadrului adecvat intr-o relatie terapeutica bazata pe
empatie) ?</span></span></i><br />
Si, normal, am incercat sa gasesec si raspunsurile potrivite, care sa-mi
satisfaca , in egala masura, pregatirea profesionala ( de psihoterapeut Adlerian
si life-coach ), dar si pasiunea pentru astrologie.</span>
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><br /><br />
Cele mai <i><b>interesante si argumentate stiintific idei</b></i>, le-am descoperit in cartea
d-nului <span style="color: #6aa84f;"><b>FRITZ REIMANN , psihanalist si psihoterapeut, cofondator al Academiei
pentru Psihanaliza si Psihoterapie din Munchen, " Astrologie si
Psihoterapie " ( Ed. Trei, Bucuresti, 2008).</b></span></span>
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><br />
Iata cateva dintre afirmatiile care mi-au retinut atentia :<br />
<i><b><span style="color: #38761d;">" In cadrul studiilor mele psihologice, dezamagit de psihologia academica
de atunci, care se interesa doar de aspectul psihofiziologic al fiintei umane,
am gasit pe ici, pe colo, mentionata si astrologia, in literatura domeniilor de
granita ale psihologiei. M-a uluit cat de contradictorii erau pare rile
autorilor, pe care ii pretuiam ca fiind adevarati oameni de stiinta sau personalitati:
unii o considerau un bun valoros al cunoasterii, apreciind din experienta, ca
multe dintre cunostintele de baza ale astrologiei, sunt valabile din plin si
azi ; altii o refuzau ca pe o superstitie prestiintifica, sau ca pe un surogat
al religiei, ce vrea sa satisfaca reprezentarile magice de dorinta ale
oamenilor ; iar altii ii recunosteau , cel putin o valoare istorica, datorita
careia ar putea sa me intereseze si azi.<br />
Am descoperit totusi ca aceia care o respingeau nu aveai, evident, nici un fel
de experienta proprie, ci o prejudecata motivata cumva, care ii opera de
la indeletnicirea cu acest domeniu ; pe de alta parte, cei care o studiasera, o
admiteau ." ( F.Riemann, Astrologie si Psihoterapie, Ed.Trei, 2008,
pag.13-14)</span></b></i><br />
Am fost uluita si placut impresionata de aceste afirmatii, care se potriveau cu
ideile si credintele personale. Pe parcursul derularii primului capitol am
descoperit ca ma aflam in postura de a deveni "un infocat fan" al
ideilor prezentate . Trecerea la capitolul urmator mi-a confirmat opinia,
conform careia, exista o legatura intre cele doua domenii si nu ar trebui sa
imi fie rusine daca incerc sa o prezint, ca un profesionist, in cadrul unui
seminar.</span>

Am, deci, placerea de <i><b><span style="color: #cc0000;">a va invita sa discutam pro si contra</span></b></i>, despre acest
subiect, in data de 11.10.2012 sau pe internet...Cum vi se pare ?</span>

dar inconstient va determina sa va <span style="color: red;">autoanalizati reactiile si actiunile</span>.<br />
<br />
In copilarie nu avem posibilitatea de a ne alege persoanele care ne
influenteaza atitudinile si comportamentul. Ele ne influenteaza cu sau
fara voia noastra ! Preluam convingeri de viata pe care nu avem cum sa le
analizam si sa le acceptam sau sa le respingem. Suntem ca niste bureti care
absorbim orice informatie ! Ca apoi, la varsta adulta, sa cautam (inconstient)
solutii de a ne integra comportamental, intr-un grup sau o societate cu valori
morale, uneori mult diferite de ale noastre.<br />
<br />
Cele mai apropiate modele le descoperim in familie (parinti si rude), apoi in
scoala (colegi si profesori). De cele mai multe ori <i><b>nu</b></i> avem posibilitatea de a
alege ! Si atunci , ce facem ?...<span style="color: red;"><i><b> DISTORSIONAM !</b></i></span>... O facem inconstient,
din dorinta de a ne integra , de a ne simti intelesi si acceptati ! ...Si ce
credeti ca putem modifica ?! ... Pe altii ? ... In nici un caz ! ...<br />
Parintii, pot ceda uneori copiilor, pentru ca ii iubesc ( in felul lor)
si uneori , simt nevoia de ai rasfata...Este bine sau este rau? Nu doresc sa ma
pronunt ! ... Sunt foarte multi factori care intra in aceasta ecuatie si nu am
dreptul de a generaliza...In concluzie, cum crestem ? <i><b> </b></i></span><br />

Rudele ne accepta, sau nu, dar ne influenteaza !<br />
La fel si colegii de scoala, si profesorii...<br />

Repet: Aceste procese, despre care va vorbesc, sunt INCONSTIENTE ! Chiar nu
avem nici un control asupra lor ! ... Ne place sau nu, aceasta este realitatea

<span style="font-size: 130%;">Mi-am pus intotdeauna intrebari lagate ce as putea face mai bine si mai eficient pentru a-mi armoniza lumea interioara cu cea exterioara. Obisnuiam destul de des sa fug de realitate, sperand ca va fi mai usor sa ma confrut cu durearea pricinuita de sentimentul de neadecvare si cel de nepotrivire pe care il aveam in anumite cercuri de prieteni. Desi lumea ma aprecia, eu tot aveam senzatia ca vin de pe alta planeta. Era frustrant si greu de suportat. Faceam eforturi mari ca sa ma conving ca nu eu sunt de vina. Primul gand era legat de faptul ca eu sunt o singura persoana si restul, bineinteles erau mai multe persoane care, de cele mai multe ori spuneau aproape acelasi lucru. </span></div>

<span style="font-size: 130%;">In acele perioade ma retrageam in lumea mea si incercam sa analizez faptele. Imi accesam logica si spiritul de analiza, ma focusam pe problema si intr-un final, gaseam solutia. Am incercat de multe ori acasta schema si nu am realizat ca, in timp, am ajuns sa ma comport ca un barbat, lucru care era totalmente in detrimentul feminitatii mele. Brusc, am realizat ca retragandu-ma in lumea mea, esuam in manifestarea si comunicarea sentimentelor pe care le aveam. Ma auto-blocam, de fapt. Prietenele nu ma mai intelegeau, iar barbatii se intrebau ce caut eu in lumea lor...Ma pierdeam pe mine prin pierderea feminitatii ! </span></div>
